Fiber Optics
The iES20G Series Switch is available with optional fiber ports. The fiber optical ports are available in
either Multimode or Singlemode, and with either SC or ST type connectors. The transceivers are also
available for longer distances as required.
Note: T(X) port of Switch A should be connected to the R(X) port of Switch B.

Console Cable
The iES20G Series switches can be managed via the console port on the front face using the
RS-232 cable provided, and a local PC.
