3.1.2. Installing Drivers on Windows 7

 Download and extract the 

iON_Virtual_COM_Port_driver.zip

 file containing the drivers for iON Con-

nect to a folder in your computer. For example, to the 

C:\drivers\

 location

 Plug iON Connect into your computer using a USB port. Make sure the device is getting enough power 

- the device indicators should light up.

At that, the Update Driver Software icon will appear on the taskbar:

In addition, an unknown device is supposed to appear in the Device Manager (My Computer
