Setup #2; Manway Flanges From 35” (889mm) to 54” (1370mm) Diameter.
5. Adjust Mounting Post
Height position as required,
install Arm Assembly onto
Mounting Post, and adjust
Arm Assembly horizontal
position to center arm in
manway.
6. Install Winch and any other
accessories following
manuafacturer’s
instructions supplied.

Remove manway hatch cover as required.
2.
Install Base Center Assembly on manway flange, ensure Mounting Post is vertical and tighten
clamps securely using only the attached Clamp Wrench.
3.
Insert upper Mounting Leg Assembly, ensure connector engages completely, position
clamp
assembly on manway flange, and tighten securely using only the attached Clamp Wrench.
4.
Insert lower Mounting Leg Assembly, ensure connector engages completely, position
clamp
assembly on manway
flange, and tighten securely

Clamp Wrench.
