Always unplug the saw before performing any maintenance.
Maintain the tile saw by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance
with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool
be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep all cutting tools sharp and clean.
Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to
control. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. The following chart is based on a
normal operation schedule.

Examine the general condition of the tile saw.

Keep the title saw in good repair by adopting a program of
conscientious repair and maintenance. Have necessary
repairs made by a qualified service technician.

Check the power cord.

Check wheels for cracks.
5.
Check all moving parts for alignment and binding issues.
After use
1. Wipe external surfaces of the tile saw with a clean cloth.
2.
Blow dust from the tile saw through the rear ventilation
slots with compressed air periodically to ensure a dust
free tool.
