No power (Indicator is off) 

The power switch is not turned to ON . 

Turn the power switch to ON . 

The power indicator light will blink red 
for about 35 seconds while preheating .

Power plug is not securely plugged into 
the electric socket .

Please plug the power plug securely into 
the electric socket .

The soleplate does not heat up 

Wrinkles are hard to remove 

Lightly pull on the hem to flatten out wrinkles . While pulling on the hem, run the 
steam iron across the stretched fabric . For best results, move the steam iron slowly 
over the fabric using plenty of steam .

Product vibrates or makes  

noise while running 

The water pump is pumping water from 
the water tank into the product .

This is normal .

Product makes a tapping  

sound when shaken 

A weight attached to the water hose is 
hitting the side of the water tank when 
moved back and forth quickly .

This is normal .

No steam coming out

The steam button has not been pressed .

Press the steam button to start emitting 
steam .

The water in the water tank has run out .

Please use the included measuring cup 
to add water to the water tank .

Bubbles have built up in the main body .

Please hold the main body correctly .

Less or no steam coming out

Due to room temperature or brightness, 
steam may not be visible .

This is normal .

Temperature of the soleplate is lower, 
which temporarily decreases the amount 
of steam .

After the temperature returns to normal, 
steam level will too .

Less steam coming out

Water other than tap water has been 
used .

Empty out the incorrect water and fill 
the water tank with tap water .

Steam hole is clogged .

Please follow the cleaning instructions 
to clean the steam holes (P12) .

The water pump has overheated due to 
continuous use .

Please turn the power switch to OFF . 
Let the product cool for an hour before 
using again .
