PROPER DISPOSAL

In accordance with the DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL on waste
electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in national law, used power tools must be
collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.

CAUTION! Do not throw away power tools in the household waste!

The device consists of various materials that must be collected separately, as it can contain
both environmentally harmful substances and valuable raw materials such as aluminium,
which must be disposed of properly. The trash can symbol indicates the need for separate
collection.

You  too  can  help  protect  the  environment  and  ensure  that  as  many  resources  as  possible  are  used
again and that the environment is preserved. If you no longer wish to use this device, please take it to
the system provided for this purpose, the local recycling centre, so that it can be disposed of there.

For this purpose, the public waste disposal authorities set up collection points where old devices from
private households in their area can be accepted free of charge. The legal disposal authorities may also
collect the old devices from private households. - Please check your local waste calendar or your city or
local authority for information about the return or collection options for waste equipment in your area.

BATTERIES

Do  not  dispose  of  the  batteries  with  household  waste.  Batteries  are  pre-installed  in  the  toolbox  and
cannot be removed from the tool by the user. The disposal of the battery must only be carried out by a
specialist.

The  use  of  these  substances  in  new  devices  is  severely  restricted  by  the  Electrical  and  Electronic
Equipment Act. In some components, however, it is still necessary to use them today, so that the old
devices often still contain significant amounts of pollutants.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

1.  MANDATORY WARRANTY

IPO Technik-Handels GmbH grants a warranty to all customers for all welding machines and/or plasma
cutters purchased directly from IPO Technik-Handels GmbH of the IPOTOOLS brand.

All devices are subject to a 2-year statutory warranty from the invoice date under the warranty conditions
