INFORMATION:
The times indicated are for normal operating conditions. For heavy use, reduce the time intervals for each operation.
During maintenance and/or repairs, use original spare parts only as these guarantee greater quality, reliability and
safety characteristics. Failure to use original spare parts absolves the Manufacturer of all liability which passes to
the person responsible for the operation.
STORAGE
If the hydroblaster is stored for long periods, disconnect it from the mains water supply, empty the tank(s) containing the operating
fluids and make sure parts which might be damaged by dust are protected.
Grease parts which might be damaged by drying out such as the hoses. When preparing for storage, make sure the water supply
hoses are free of cracks or cuts.
Oils and chemical products must be disposed of in accordance with current legislation.
SCRAPPING
If you decide to stop using the hydroblaster, you should render it unusable by removing the sparkplug.
In addition, parts of the hydroblaster which may represent a hazard, especially for children who may use the decommissioned
equipment to play with, should be rendered harmless. The hydroblaster is classified as special waste and must be dismantled
and divided into similar parts for display in compliance with current legislation.
Do not use components dismantled for scrapping as spare parts.
AIR FILTER.
Check the state of the filter cartridge every 10 hours of ope-
ration; replace the filter every 50 hours of operation or more
frequently if required.
To check and replace, see the engine instructions.
SPARKPLUG.
Check the state of the sparkplug every year or every 100 hours
of operation.
Replace the sparkplug if the electrodes are pitted or burnt or if
the porcelain is damaged. In any case, replace the sparkplug
after 300 hours of operation.
To check and replace, see the engine instructions.
REPLACING THE HIGH PRESSURE NOZZLE.
Information
The high pressure nozzle on the lance must be replaced regular-
ly as it is exposed to wear during operation. Wear can be identi-
fied by a drop in the working pressure of the hydroblaster.
To replace, contact your supplier and/or dealer for instruc-
tions.
