Disconnect power module cable from actuator module.

Disconnect actuator from actuator module.
Take note of how actuator is connected. Make
sure to connect new actuator the same way.

Remove screws from actuator brackets.

Remove actuator.
7.
Align ends of new actuator with actuator brackets and
secure with hardware as shown above.

WARNING!
Risk of injury
If the polarization of the actuator is
inverted, this disables the safety concept.
– Make sure to connect the new actuator
in the same way as the old actuator.
Connect actuator to actuator module.
9.
Connect power module cable to actuator module.

Loosen headrest knob

not show the headrest shim. If applicable, remove
the headrest shim when performing step 2.

Remove the two mounting screws

Secure headrest clamp base and headrest clamp (and
headrest shim, if applicable) to the backrest with two
mounting screws and locknuts.

Install headrest assembly into headrest clamp. Tighten
knob securely.
