5 Jumper
Settings
The Navigator IIm has four jumper banks that control power, GPS antenna bias, and discrete
functionality.
Warning! – Incorrectly changing jumpers can damage the unit.
5.1 Power
(P6)
P6 controls whether power is supplied via the front panel or from an internal power
connector (for OEM and custom applications). Jumper Position 1-2 specifies power from the
front panel and Jumper Position 2-3 specifies power from the internal power connector. By
default, power is enabled on the front panel.
5.2 GPS Antenna (J13)
J13 controls how the GPS antenna connector is biased for active GPS antennas (antennas
containing an LNA or Low-Noise-Amplifier). The default is shown in
bold
