Push the heating tray into the instrument for ready to operating. Ensure that the tray has
been inserted to the end in order to avoid instrument damages.

Ensure that the 96 well plate is located into the correct position of the
heating tray.

If it is inserted incorrectly or upside down it may cause operating error and extraction may not work.
