Description:
To sync day/night mode switch between IPBC and external camera, following 3 ways
are selectable:

IPCamera Control: determine and trigger day/night mode switch totally
by AE detection, suitable for PT camera which has no ability to
detect and trigger day/night mode by itself (ex. Camera has no light
sensor)
