Replacing the drive roller

Remove pressure shaft (1) by loosening the screws (3) in the side plates (2) on both sides.

Remove screw (4) of the drive roller (5) from the side plate (3) of the module. Loosen the
nut (6) on the cable side of the drive roller.

Remove the drive roller from the side frames and install new RollerDrive in the side plates:
Fasten screw with a tightening torque of 19 Nm. On the cable side, fasten nut with a
tightening torque of 29 Nm on the drive roller.

Fasten screws of pressure shaft with a tightening torque of 6 Nm.

Reinstall drive roller with pressure shaft with the slideways in the side plates.

Reattach module conveyor and reconnect the module with connecting tabs.

Connect the drive roller to the power supply.
