Chapter 4 — Troubleshooting and Maintaining the CN4

CN4 Mobile Computer User’s Manual

Tap the

Ping

tab to run a ping test to the host.

To run a ping test:

In the

Host

field, enter the IP address of the host.

From the

Repetitions

list, choose the number of times the

CN4 will ping the host.

Tap

Ping

. The graph shows the amount of time it takes for the

host to return the ping. Tap

List

to see this information in a

list format.

Tap the RSSI tab to view the received signal strength of the host
signal.

The information box includes the current signal strength, host
SSID name, MAC address, data rate, and transmit power.
