The notification or the bell ring is delayed or not shown.
Cause
Solution
The camera receives too many event
notifications at the same time.
Enable the doorbell button
press or motion detection
notification. Adjust the
motion detection area and
sensitivity for the event
notification. Adjust the pre-
and post-clip timing. Disable
HD recorded clips option to
record the clip in SD mode.
Reboot the camera through
the mobile app if necessary.
The camera's Wi-Fi connection
speeds are not adequate (768 kbps
minimum).
If Wi-Fi connection speeds
are poor, we recommend
using a Wi-Fi repeater to
increase signal strength.
