5. If you have a model year 2014 or newer air cart, cut off part of the mounting tabs on the
rear of the meter housing using a metal cutting tool, such as a grinder with cut-off wheel
or Sawzall, as shown in the hashed area in Figure 2. This allows the Engage® Zone
Control unit to be mounted flush with the meter housing.

6. Clean the manifold and meter housing.
a. Remove the black gasket on the manifold. Clean the top of the manifold and inside
the meter housing with a wire brush and remove as much rust or product buildup as
possible
b. Clean inside the manifold with a flathead screwdriver to remove product buildup
inside the recessed area, as shown in Figure 3.
