Hardware Maintenance
Step 1: Lift the two socket clips to open the load plate.
Step 2: Insert the CPU into the CPU socket, and remove the CPU socket cover.
Step 3: Lower the CPU load plate, and then secure it with the two socket clips.
Step 4: Fix the CPU heatsink on top of CPU, and tighten the screws on the heatsink.
Notes:
●
It is required to coat thermal grease evenly onto the contact position between CPU
heatsink and CPU.
●
The direction of CPU heatsink fins should be identical with the system inlet/outlet
direction.
●
When securing the CPU heatsink, it is required to tighten two diagonal screws first, and
then tighten the other two screws.
