MOUNTING AND USE  

 

Attach  the  pulley  by  the  strap  to  a  fixed  point  as  shown.  Thread  the  steel  cable  through  the  pulley. 
Attach the weight behind the weight strap and attach it to the steel cable using a carabiner.
