ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP6:
1. Start with the Upper Cable (short) (27).
a.) With Upper Cable (27) in groove of Pulley (26) through Upper Cross Beam (9).
b.) Install Pulley NO.1 (26) to Upper Cross Beam (9), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two
M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
c.) Install Pulley No.2 (26) to Support Frame (8), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two
M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
d.) Install Pulley NO.4 (26) to Upper Cross Beam (9), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two
M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
e.) Attach the end of Upper Cable (27) to Weight Plate Holder (5), using one Pothook (25).
f.) Attach Lat Bar (16) to the other end of Upper Cable (27), using one Pothook (25).
g.) Install Pulley NO.3 (26) to Pulley U (13), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10
Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
2. Assembly the Butterfly Cable (28)
a.) Attach both ends of Cable (28) to Left Butterfly Arm (11) and Right Butterfly
Arm (12), using two Plastic Covers (51).
b.) Install Pulley NO.5&7 (28) to Single Pulley Block (14), using two M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56),
four M10 Washers (62) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (66).
c.) Install Pulley NO.6 (28) to Reverse U (15), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10
Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
3. Assembly the Lower Cable (long) (29).
a.) With the Lower Cable (long) (29) in groove of Pulley (26) through Leg Extension Frame (6).
b.) Install Pulley NO.8 (26) and two Plastic Bushing (39) to Leg Extension Frame (6), using one
M10X60mm Hex Bolt (54), two M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
c.) Install Pulley NO.9 (26) to Support Frame (8), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two
M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
d.) Install Pulley NO.10 (26) to Reverse U (15), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10
Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
e.) Install Pulley NO.11 (26) to Front Base Frame (2), using one M10X45mm Hex
Bolt (56), two M10 Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
f.) Install Pulley NO.12 (26) to Pulley U (13), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10
Washers (62) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66).
g.) Attach the end of Cable (29) to the Front Base Frame (2), using one M8X40mm Hex Bolt
(59), two M8 Washers (63), one M8 Nylon Nut (67), the Short Chain (37) and one Pothook
(25).
h.) Attach Low Bar (19) or Ankle Strap (36) to the other end of Lower Cable (long) (29), using
two Pothooks (25) and one Long Chain (38).
