Displays  the  numerical  value 

of user’s pulse during

The  device  will  alert  you,  if  you  exceed  the  preset 
target heart rate frequency.

Displays the numerical value of rotations per minute 
during exercise.

Displays  the  consumed  power  rate  during  the

Use  this  key  for  selection  and  to  increase  numerical 
values. 

Recovery 

Test your heart rate recovery status.

Use  this  key  for  selection  and  to  decrease  numerical 
values. 

Mode 

Confirm the setting value or selection. 

Start/Stop 

Start or stop exercising. 

Operations 

POWER ON 

1.  Plug  in  the  power  cable 

–  the  console  will  turn  on  and  light  up  for  2  seconds.  Then,  a 

calibration number will appear. After that, you’ll enter the setting mode. The user will set their 
age, gender, height and body weight. The device is able to save four sets of user data (U1 

– 

U4). 

2.  If the device is inactive for more than 4 minutes, the console will turn off and enter the power 

saving mode. Press any key to turn the console back on again.
