GENERAL OPERATION
1. GENERAL START
Plug power cord, turn on power switch, press [START], the machine could operate after 5 seconds
countdown.
2. MANUAL MODE
A) When power on, press [MODE] to begin manual mode.
B) There are 3 settings in manual mode: time setting, distance setting, calories setting.
- time setting: press [MODE] , then time window will flash. The original time is 30:00. Adjust time with
speed+-/-, range:10:00-99:00.
- distance setting: press [MODE] twice, distance window will flash. The original distance is 1.0km.
Adjust distance with speed+-/-, range: 1.0-99.0km
- calories setting: press [MODE] three times, calories window will flash. The original calories is 50 kcal.
Adjust calories with speed+-/-, range: 50-990kcal
C) Setting finishes, press [START], the machine begin operation until the target data countdown to 0.
3. PROGRAM MODE
A) Turn power switch on
B) Press [PROG] , choose your favorite program. The default time for each program is 30 minutes.
Press [START], the machine begins operation. Or you could choose program by shortcuts on
console.
C) Before operation, you could adjust default time with Speed+-/-.
D) During operation, you could adjust speed/incline with Speed+-/-
E) During operation, the machine will stop when you press [STOP].
F) When time countdown to 0, the machine stop operation.
4. STOP TREADMILL
A) Press [STOP], the treadmill will stop.
B) Slap safety key, the treadmill will stop.
C) Turn off power switch, the treadmill will stop.
