  display exercised time or target time, range: 0:00-99:59

[SPEED]:

 display speed, range: 1.0-18.0km/h

[INCLINE]:

 display incline, range: 0-15 levels

[DISTANCE]:

 display exercised distance or target distance, range: 0.0-99.9km

[CALORIES]:

 display consumed calories or target calories, range: 0-999kcal

[PULSE]: 

display user’s heart rate or target heart rate, range: 40-180BPM

[PROG]:

   8 pre-set programs

Keys’ Function
[START]:

 Press this button, the treadmill will operate after 5 seconds countdown.  

[STOP]:

  Press this button, the treadmill will stop operate, and all data will return to 0. 

[MODE]:  

Press this button, you can begin time setting, distance setting, calories setting one by one. 
Adjust settings by - and speed+- 

[PROG]:  

Press this button, you can choose pre-set programs one by one. After choosing your favorite 
program, adjust time by - and speed+-,  and adjustment range: 10:00-99:00 minutes.  

[SPEED]: 

Press this button to adjust speed, range: 1.0-18.0km/h. 

[INCLINE]: 

Press this button to adjust incline, range: 0-15 levels

SPEED SHORTCUTS: 

2,4,6,8,10

INCLINE SHORTCUTS: 

0,2,4,6,8

Note:  Speed+-/- adjust switches on handles have the same functions with Speed+-/- 

buttons on console.
