DESCRIPTION
This fall prevention system for windows consists of a telescopic bar. This bar can be engaged at
different adjustment lengths and is fitted with freely protruding anchor pegs on both sides which
are held in place by anchor bores on the window frame. This allows restraining persons from
falling while working at open windows in compliance with all legal regulations.
Attaching the telescopic bar requires that you drill horizontal bores into the window frames. The
fall prevention system for windows can then be inserted easily and carried along from window to
window. Since it can be adjusted to the respective width of the window with only a few steps and
thanks to the anchor points prepared in the window frame, the telescopic bar safely restrains the
user and provides reliable protection.

STANDARDS – TEST CRITERIA
The fall prevention system for windows has been certified to provide collective side protection
(guardrail) against falls to the outside as required by EN HD 1000/ÖNORM B 4007/ASchG /AAV.
Test loads according to EN HD 1000 (individual loads of 0.3 kN for elastic deflexions of
≤
35 mm
and individual loads of 1.25 kN for plastic deflexions without breaking or coming loose and
without being shifted from its intended axis by more than 200 mm at each point).
