: The maximum time of continuous operation of the unit can not exceed 4 minutes,

after that, you should make a break of at least 2 minutes before resuming normal operation.

IMPORTANT:

1.

During use, check frequently that the food residues do not build up on the sides of the
bowl, remove them with a spatula, making sure that you have first been turned off the
device.

2.

It is better to use eggs at room temperature to whisk the egg whites.

3.

Before whisking egg whites, make sure the whip or the bowl are not greasy or dirty.

4.

Use cold ingredients for pastry or similar, unless the recipe says otherwise.

KNEADING

1.

Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl, otherwise you will overload the
device.

2.

If you notice that the device works with effort, remove half of the dough from the bowl
and work each part separately.

3.

The ingredients mix better if you pour the liquids first.

then turn it counterclockwise to lock it.
