HOW TO EXERCISE

Place the bike on a flat surface and cover the floor under the bike.
Hold the handlebar and climb up. Start cycling, alternately press the left and right pedal in a 
continuous and uniform movement.
Stand upright or bend slightly forward during the exercise. Keep your back straight.
