AUTO- SCAN:

 automatically moves from one function to another every 4 seconds 

 

showing the values.

ODOMETER:

 shows the total distance 0.1-999km.

PULSES: 

shows the heart rate: 40-206 BPM (beat per minute).

 

Press MODE button until  appears at PULSE position. Place the palm of your hands on 

 

both the contact pads. After 6-7 seconds, the computer will show the current value of 

 

your heart rate in BPM (beat per minute). 

•  Avoid to move the hands, when you use the heart rate monitor. An excessive movement 
 

may affect the reading of the heart rate. 

•  Do not grip the metallic pads too tightly, you might interfere with the correct measuring 
 

of the heart rate. 

•  In order to get a more accurate measurement, touch the contacts at least for 10 seconds. 
•  For a better performance of sensors, please keep the metallic pads clean. Please clean 
 

the contact with a soft cloth and do not use alcohol or other abrasive chemical 

 substances.

WARNING:

 The pulse sensors supplied are not medical devices. Various factors, including 

the movement, may affect the accuracy of heart rate. These sensors to detect pulsations 
are intended only as an aid in determining heart rate trends during training. 

Never use the 

values obtained by this device to determine a medical treatment.

 

BUTTON:

MODE/RESET button: press to select the desired function. An arrow on display shall point 
out the function in use. Press and hold the button 3 seconds to reset all the values.  

BATTERIES:

This computer operates with 2 AAA batteries. 

Remarks:

 remove the batteries in case of prolonged no- use. When replacing the batteries, 

use 2 batteries of the same type and brand.
