.Set the mode of 

OVEN  /SMOKER/BARBE-

CUE

The customer can select  P1, P2, P3 or P4 to test 

and monitor the temperature inside the oven, 
smoker or grill.

Short press “PROBE ”button to select P1, P2, P3 

or P4 mode, and press “MEAT ”button to select 

“OVEN ”mode. Or press OVEN/°C/°F to enter OVEN 
mode directly.

“HI”temperature and“LO”temperature are alternate

ly displayed at a frequency of 0.5 Hz. It will 
automatically exit after 10 seconds and current

down. The maximum countdown setting time is 99 
hours and 59 minutes.

Note: The countdown cannot be set to 00:00, and 
the minimum is 00:01.

When the countdown is running or paused, long 

press      for 2 seconds to restore the default 
countdown.

When the countdown is running, the symbol   

flashes, if pressing      , the countdown will pause 

and the symbol   will stop flashing.

When the countdown time reaches 00:00, it will 

flash and the backlight is on,also the buzzer sounds 

3 times in 0.5 second, after a pause of 0.5 second, it 
will continue to sound which will last for one minute. 
Then it restores the countdown time. Or press any 

button to turn off the backlight, the buzzer stops and 

the countdown time is restored.

When the receiver receives a low power alarm from 

the transmitter          ,   indicates that battery power

the user is warned that the receiver

normally until the product is charged

Regardless of the transmitter or the receiver, as 

long as they are charged by USB port, the charging 
indicator lights will be on, and the charging    
symbol        of the LCD will be on too, and the power 
symbol shows the corresponding power. When fully 
charged, the full indicator light will be on. The 
product can also be used during the charging 

process.

. Auto Power Off Func-

tion

If there is no data received from the transmitter for 

more than 30 minutes, buzzer will alarm with a 
beep sound in every two seconds, and then 

alarming will automatically turn off after one 
minute and close all the functions. When in 

alarming, press any button to stop the beep and

.Synchronous Transmit-

ter and Receiver

Normally, there is no need to synchronize the 
transmitter and receiver, as we have already done 
this at the factory. It only need to turn on the 
transmitter and receiver and wait for a dozen 

seconds to see the real-time temperature displayed 

on the transmitter and receiver.

However, in some special cases, if the transmitter 
and receiver are not matched, the following steps 

can be used to implement the matching function:

When the receiver is in the starting state, long 

press the PROBE button of the receiver for 2 
seconds to enter the matching mode, showing“- - 
-” and flashing

(2)

 

Long press the transmitter                     for 2 

seconds to shutdown state, and then long              

press                     for 5 seconds, the power will be 

turned on and enter the code matching state, and 
the temperature screen flashes at 0.5Hz frequency.

Short press the transmitter  

   

                button or 

wait for 10 seconds to send data. If the matching is 
successful, the transmitter temperature. screen will 
stop flashing, the receiver will display the received 
temperature; if no data is received from the 
transmitter, after 60 seconds, it will exit the 
matching mode and the matching is unsuccessful.

Note: When matching the code, the transmitter and 
receiver are required to be placed in short distance, 

which cannot exceed 30CM.

. Failure Connection 

Alarm of Transmitter and        

Receiver

The wireless product can reach 500meters/1500 
feet in the exposed place. If the receiver exceeds 

the receiving range, the abnormal external interfer-

ence or turn off the transmitter, the receiver can not 
receive the data from the transmitter. If this 
situation continues for more than 1 minutes, the 
receiver will Beep to indicate that the connection 

fails, and displays”---”at the same time. Then move 

the receiver closer to the transmitter, the connec

-

tion will automatically recover and the receiver will 
display the current temperature.

. Low Voltage Alarm and 

Charging Function of 

Transmitter and Receiver

The transmitter battery symbol         indicates the 
state of charge. When the battery power has only 1 
bar left, low power will be sent to receiver. When the

Four probes (P1

to measure temperature of four pieces of meat or 
different positions of a large piece of meat, press 

the“PROBE”button to select a P1, P2, P3 or P4. The 
corresponding symbol

Once the P1, P2, P3 or P4 probe detects that the 

temperature of the meat reaches the cooked 
temperature, the corresponding current temperature 
of the receiver flash at a frequency of 1 Hz, the 

buzzer sounds 3 times in 0.5 second, after a pause 

of 0.5 second, it will continue to sound which will 

last for one minute

and the backlight will be on. 

Press any button to stop the buzzer and turn off the 
backlight.

and the backlight will be on. Press any button to

Press OVEN/°C/°F

 again to confirm the“LO”tem-

perature, it will stop flashing and exit the HI/LO 
setting temperature state.

Once the temperature of the P1, P2, P3 or P4 

exceeds the temperature range of“HI”and“LO”, the 
current temperature and the“HI”or” LO”,The 
corresponding current temperature of the receiver 

flashes at 1 Hz, then the buzzer will sound 3 times 

in 0.5 second, after a pause of 0.5 second, it will 
continue to sound which will last for one minute. At 

this time the backlight will be on, users can press 
any button to stop the buzzer and turn off the 
backlight.

Note: The setting temperature of the“LO“cannot be 

greater than or equal to the setting temperature of
“HI”.
