CHAPTER 7 – Programmation
SMT-BD2/m
If the execution is starting at sequence 1 and logic input 8 is activated, the programme will be the following:
If the execution is starting at sequence 1 and logic input 8 is desactivated, the programme will be the following:

PROGRAMMABLES
OUTPUTS
Outputs
The action on the 8 logic outputs can be defined as follows:
- do not modify the output status,
- set the output at 1,
- set the output at 0,
- reverse the output (toggle).
Triggering
The outputs triggering moment can be defined, during a motion, according to 1 of the
5 different ways described below:
In a homing sequence, the outputs trigger only at the end of the sequence.
In a speed sequence, the HOLD and POS triggering are not possible.
In a torque sequence, the POS triggering is not possible.
The outputs can be configurated as pulse outputs with a preset duration. This function
only concerns the outputs set at 1 or toggle.
Triggering position
:
Defines the position where the logic output must be triggered when it is programmed
in
POS
triggering.
Sequence 1
Start of sequence 1, then connection to sequence 2
(parameter « Next sequence »)
Execution of sequence 2, then connection to sequence 3
(start condition valid and parameter « Next sequence »)
Execution of sequence 3, then end of the programme
Sequence 3
Sequence 2
Sequence 1
Start of sequence 1, then connection to sequence 2
(parameter « Next sequence »)
No execution of sequence 2, connection to sequence 4
(start condition not valid and parameter « Jump »)
Execution of sequence 4, then end of the programme
Sequence 4
HOLD: logic
output when
reaching the
target position
(end of the
trajectory)
BEGIN:
logic output
at sequence
beginning
SPEED: logic
output when
speed is
reached
POS: logic
output when
the motor
passes the
triggering
position
END: logic
output at
sequence end
