Bottom Case
The
bottom case
(505-1839-xx) encloses the bottom half of the projector. When you replace a bottom
case, you also need to adhere a new
certification label
(part of label kit, 020-2135-xx).

Remove the following items:
Lamp door and lamp module (see page 24)
Focus and zoom rings (see page 17)
Front bezel (see page 18)
Rear bezel (see page 37)
Top case (see page 39)
Elevator (see page 15)
Leveling foot (see page 29)
Power supply & AC filter ECA (see page 32)
Chassis (see page 8)
Controller ECA (see page 10)
Color wheel shield (see page 9)
Lamp housing (see page 26)
Optical engine (see page 30)

Remove the serial number label from the certification label on the bottom of the projector. To do
this, carefully use a heat gun or hair drier to soften the adhesive on the back of the label, then
peel it off. Do not lose the serial number label. It is not a replaceable part.

Remove the rubber foot from the old bottom case. The rubber foot is not a replaceable part.
