It makes no difference if the sockets are in connector 1 or 2 since they are connected in
parallel, and signals are thus the same. One socket is for input ethernet cable with RJ45
connector, another socket is for output ethernet cable with RJ45 connector. The output
ethernet cable will be connected to the next unit.
