Capture/Compare Unit 6 (CCU6)

Capture/Compare Register for Channel CC61 

In compare mode, the registers CC61R is the actual compare registers for T12. The values stored in CC61R are
compared (all three channels in parallel) to the counter value of T12. In capture mode, the current value of the
T12 counter register is captured by registers CC61R if the corresponding capture event is detected.
