SECTION 20: LOW-FLOW MONITORING
FLOW-SENSE WIZARD INPUT
1. The first input screen provides for entry of specific details about the
project. This information will be included in the output report. The
Project Name and Site Name will appear in the output file name.

2. In the next screen, enter information about the well. This informa-
tion will be included in the output report. The Well ID will appear in
the output file name.

3. In the next screen, enter details about the pump and tubing
(tubing information is used in later volume calculations). If
creating a template, estimate the tubing length and pump
placement.

The next screen requests pumping information

Final pumping rate:
Enter in milliliters per minute. If creating a
template, accept the default or estimate the pumping rate.

Total volume—Auto Calculated Value:
This is the software-
calculated volume of the cup (flow cell) and tubing, less the
displacement of installed sensors.

To specify a different volume, clear the “Auto” check box, and
enter the new volume (mL).
