A.) Connect the Lat Bar (#24) to the 167” Upper Cable (#42) with two Hooks (#90) and one

Short Chain (#75).

B.) Attach the Abdominal Strap (#85) to the U-shaped Cable Connector (#48) on the 217”

Lower Cable (#40) with a Hook (#90).

C.) Connect the Shiver Bar (#22) to the 217” Lower Cable with two Hooks and a Long Chain

(#76).
