In the dual mode, each line consists of 12 empty pixels (E1 – E12),
followed by 28 masked pixels used for black (dark) reference (R1 –
R28), followed by 4 buffer pixels (B1 – B4), followed by 1024 active
data pixels – Figure 2.16. The data is sampled on the rising edge of the
clock, and the LVAL (line valid) signal is active only during the active
pixels. Each frame consists of 122.1 us vertical frame timing for single
mode (95.7 us for dual mode), followed by 10 masked dark lines RL1
– RL10, followed by 6 buffer lines (B1 – B6), followed by 2048 active
lines (L1 – L2048), and followed by 8 buffer lines (B1 – B8). During
each frame the FVAL (frame valid) signal is active only during the
active lines (L1 – L2048) – Figure 2.17.
