DRAINING THE UNIT:
When the portable air conditioner is in cooling mode or dehumidify mode, condensa-
tion water will be collected in the internal reservoir and will be evaporated and expelled
through the exhaust hose, however in humid conditions, the internal reservoir may fill
completely. When the water tank becomes full, the air conditioner will turn off and a
buzzer will sound eight times. The LED window will display the error code "
H8
".
1. Remove the rubber stopper from the end of the drainage pipe, and point the drain-
ing pipe downwards towards a drain or pan.
2. Allow the water to drain without tilting the unit as doing so could result in damage
to the unit.
3. After draining is complete and the compressor has been stopped for at least 3
minutes, the unit will resume operation.
