In case of a reduced performance of the carbonation module, it must be checked if any water has collected on the CO
2
gas side of the
Inline carbonation module. Under certain circumstances
(e.g. missing CO
2
pressure due to an empty CO
2
bottle or higher share of dispensed stillwater)
water can collect here, reducing the carbonation performance.
There is an optional kit available that allows the drain function to operate automaticaly via a timercontrolled solenoid.
The kit is available under partnumber 22-0105-002. Please contact your service provider in case this is required.
The inline Carbonisation module is equipped
with a drain port which is located on all
sodwater versions behind the servicedoor.
To eliminate any possible water residues, leave
the CO
2
gas supply to the unit open.
Take the stopcock from it´s fixture and unscrew
the stainless steel cap (Picture 1 and 2)
Now open the blue stopcock for 4-5 seconds
until only CO
2
gas exists. There should be no
water existing the the stopcock anymore.
Attention ! Firmly close (by hand is sufficient)
the stop cock again with the steel cap in order
to eliminate any risk of CO
2
gas loss in case
the stop cock is not closed 100% !
