One Piece Cleaning- No need To Disassemble
Procedure Frequency:
Daily
-
Fill the sink 3⁄4 full with
cleaning solution
. The temperature should feel hot [110°F to
120°F (43°C to 49°C)] but tolerable enough for bare hands.
-
Empty remaining contents of soiled seasoning dispenser into clean and dry seasoning dispenser
-
Place the soiled seasoning dispenser into the wash compartment of the sink and use a clean,
sanitizer-soaked towel to clean the interior and exterior parts of the dispenser
-
Fill the dispenser with clean, hot cleaning solution from the wash compartment of the sink and
squeeze the trigger to dispense cleaning solution through the dispenser until all cleaning
solution has flushed through the dispenser. Repeat this step one more time for a
total of two complete flushes of cleaning solution.
-
Rinse the dispenser with clean, hot water in the rinse compartment.
-
Sanitize the dispenser by fully submersing in sanitizing solution for a minimum of
60 seconds. Fill the dispenser with sanitizer solution and dispense until all sanitizer has flushed
through the dispenser
-
Allow to air dry overnight. Failure to allow the dispenser to completely
dry before filling with fresh seasoning can result in the seasoning dissolving and clogging the
dispenser.
