7.3 Control with LED-4C
The unit LED-4C by “img Stage Line” is an easy-to-use
controller which also allows to control the LED-
500DX/RGB. It is equipped with 4 channels so that all
light effect units connected to it can only be controlled
synchronously.
Set the start address of the LED-500DX/RGB to 1
or to a multiple of 4 + 1 (5, 9, 13, …, 61 max.),
chapter 7.2. Detailed information for operation can
be found in the manual of LED-4C.

Additional Functions
8.1 Indication of operating hours
To indicate the status of the operating hours counter:
1) Press the button MENU (9) so many times until
(Fixture hours) appears on the display (6).
2) Press the button ENTER (11). The operating hours
will be indicated.
3) After 10 seconds the unit switches back to the pre-
vious function mode.
8.2 Indication of firmware version
To indicate the version number of the firmware (oper-
ating system of the unit):
1) Press the button MENU (9) so many times until
(version) appears on the display (6).
2) Press the button ENTER (11). The version number
is indicated, e. g.
= version 1.3.
3) After 10 seconds the unit switches back to the pre-
vious function mode.

Cleaning of the Unit
The plastic pane should be cleaned at regular inter-
vals, depending on impurities caused by dirt, smoke or
other particles. Only this will ensure that the light is
radiated at maximum brightness.
For cleaning, dis-
connect the mains plug from the socket.
Only use a
soft, clean cloth and a mild detergent. Then wipe the
plastic pane dry.
For cleaning the other parts of the housing, only use
a soft, clean cloth. Never use any fluid; it may leak into
the unit and cause damage.
