The appliance does not go
on.
• Check whether the battery is charged.
• Make sure the plug is disconnected (4) from the socket. When the
plug is connected to the socket, a battery protection system will
stop the appliance from starting up.
• Make sure that the ON/OFF switch (11) has been pressed.
The appliance switches off
during use and does not
switch back on again.
• The battery is flat. Charge the battery.
• If the problem continues, the battery needs to be replaced.
Contact a technical assistance centre.
The vacuum cleaner does
not suction well.
• The dust collection system is full: empty the dust collection
compartment (7A).
• The filter is clogged: clean or replace the filter (7C).
• The filter is not fastened correctly: ensure the filter (7C) is fitted
correctly.
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of packaging in accordance with the
environmental protection standards.
Pursuant to Art. 26 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 49 of 14 March 2014 “Implementation of
Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)”, the crossed
bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of
separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and
electronic equipment.
Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the appliance can be handed over to the retailer when
a new, equivalent appliance is purchased.
