8.‐ MAINTENANCE
Attention!!
It is obligatory to disconnect the plug from the electric supply and drain air
from the tank.
Clean and maintain in perfect conditions your tools.
Once you the job is finished, clean any dirt from the compressor and filter and store the machine
in a safe place, out of children reach.
Only Technical Specialized Staff is allowed to realize any reparations.
An incorrect use, using not original spare parts and non‐authorized modifications excludes
IMCOINSA from any responsibility and warranty.
Attention!!
In order to keep the level of safety and the performance of the machine for
a long time, the Distributor where you purchased the machine or the nearest Technical Service
of IMCOINSA should check it, at least, once a year.
Every day, before start working, the operator must check the efficiency of the control and safety
devices.
After the first two hours of working, check the adjustment of the screws.
8.1.‐ Daily or before each use
Drain condensation from tank.
Check for any unusual noise or vibrations.
Be sure that all nuts and bolts are tight.
8.2.‐ Weekly
Clean air filter by opening air filter cap. Remove the filter element and clean thoroughly with
soap and after. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before assembly. Change it in case
of need.
8.3.‐ Monthly
Inspect air system for leaks by applying soapy water on all joints. Tighten those joints if leakage
is observed.
