2.‐ CAUTIONS
Read the safety instructions to have a better knowledge about the safety systems and the
potential of the machine.
Attention!!
Keep away from children’s reach. Place the machine in a safe place once
the work is finished.
Oil Free Silent compressors of IMCOINSA have been designed to work under the best safety
measures but only if you follow all mentioned instructions. Read this manual before you start
working with the machine. A misuse could cause personal and material damages.
Do not try to repair the machine and do not try to accede to any internal parts. Contact, always,
with an authorized establishment of IMCOINSA.
The businessman must lean the machine, only to adult people, who must be in perfect physical
and mental conditions. He also must be sure that these persons are qualified.
You must check frequently that the machine does not have any damages. You must verify that
all the safety parts, work correctly and that none part of the machine is damaged.
Be sure that all moving parts are not stuck, that they work properly and that they are properly
assembled.
Start working with the machine only in case, you fulfil both, safety and instruction regulations.
The workers must know about all the safety regulations.
Level noise of this machine could expose the operator to a level of
noise
below 70 dB (A)
, anyway,
the operator who uses this machine must use ear protection accessories. (RD 286/06 about
health and safety for workers being exposed to noise, and Directive 2003/10/CE which compiles
protective measures for workers being exposed to noise in working environments).
Wherever you work with the machine, do it with a proper light.
3.‐ INTRODUCTION OF THE MACHINE
IMCOINSA Silent Oil free Compressors, are specially designed to work with air spray guns, grease
guns, paint sprayers, inflating tires and plastic toys (inflatable mats or pools) pneumatic tools,
etc. an air pressure regulator is usually necessary for most of these applications. And always,
before you start working with the connected tool, air intake need should be checked.
All needed data to identify the machine are showed on the characteristic plate, pasted on the
body of the machine.
On that plate, you can see main data of the compressor: model, code and serial number. In order
to make any question in regard the machine or ask for any documentation of itself, this plate
should be kept during the machine’s whole life time.
