SHELF POSITION

Unless a recipe specifically says not to, you should always preheat the oven to the de-

sired temperature before inserting food.

When appliances are equipped with grill, baking can be done by keeping the door clo-

sed. By using the grill, you can cook meat, fish and even vegetables. At first, we sug-

gest using the upper runner (4). Position the selector on grill and set the temperature

at 180°C.
