Do not abuse the cord. Never yank the cord to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the cord
away from heat, oil and sharp edges.

Secure work. Use clamps or a vice to hold the work. It is safer than using your hand and it frees
both hands to operate the tool.

Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
14.
Maintain tools with care. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance.
Follow instructions for lubrication and changing accessories. Inspect tool cord periodically and
if damaged have it repaired by an authorized service center. Inspect extension cords periodically
and replace if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.

Disconnect tools always when not in use, before servicing and when changing accessories such
as cutters.

Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting
wrenches are removed from the tool before turning it on.
17.
Avoid unintentional starting. Ensure switch is off when plugging it in.

An extension cord should not be used unless absolutely necessary. In such case, make sure that
the extension cord and plug match the tool cord and plug by type, size, shape and other qualifi-
cations and that it is properly wired and in good condition. Do not use extension cord with di-
ameter smaller than 2,5 mm

or length longer than 20 m, otherwise the motor may be damaged.

When operating the tool outdoors, only use extension cables suitable for outdoor use. Check the
extension cable for necessary markings for outdoor use.

Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating the tool. Do not use
the machine when you are tired, sick or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or
similar that could affect your ability to use the machine safely.

Check the tool for damages. If you notice any damages in the tool, in its guards or other parts,
do not use it until it has been repaired in an authorized service center. Check for alignment of
moving parts, free running of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and any other condi-
tions that may affect the tool operation. Damaged parts should be properly repaired or replaced
by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated in this instruction manual. Have de-
fective switches replaced by an authorized service facility. Do not use the tool if the switch does
not turn it on and off.

NOTE! Use only original spare parts and accessories. The use of any other spare parts or acces-
sories than original parts may cause a risk of personal injury.

Repairs should only be carried out by an authorized service center using only original spare
parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger to the user.
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the instruction manual carefully before using the machine.

Children or disabled people are not allowed to use the machine.
3.
If you notice transport damage while unpacking, please contact your dealer or the importer. Do
not operate the machine.

Make sure all items are accounted for before discarding any packaging material. If any part is
missing, do not attempt to assemble the machine, to plug in the power cord or to turn the switch
on until the missing part is obtained and installed correctly.

Dispose of the packing material in an environmentally friendly manner. Take it to a proper col-
lecting point.
6.
Set up the machine on a firm, level, non-slip and vibration-free base. Keep the site free of trip-
ping hazards. Ensure adequate lighting conditions.
7.
Wear respiratory protection to reduce the risk of inhalation of harmful dust.
8.
The machine must only be operated with all correctly mounted guards.
9.
Never use cracked, damaged or deformed saw blades. Only use sharp saw blades.
10.
Do not use high speed steel (HS) blades.
