Conditions:

Display image: PAL video signal color bar, and the image of which area to be

displayed are easy to be identified.

Requirements:

When

No jitter, fluctuation, or distortion.

•

 

There are no displacements of the image by which image is not displayed around
the perimeter of the screen.
