Display the whole image on the screen by adjusting H and V POSITION.
Requirements:

The test results satisfy the requirements shown in the Table 7-1 “Acceptable
Number of Spot Defects” and the Table 7-2 “Screen Defect Criteria and Inspection
Conditions”.
The descriptions in parentheses of Conditions in the Table 7-2 show the method to
determine the type of the spot defect with optical attenuating filter. The definition is
as follows.
<Definition of Bright Spot and Transmittance>
Assume that the state in which one pixel is displayed all white on the screen is 100%.
And use the brightness observed on the screen as the reference when the optical
attenuating filter of 5% or 2.5% is placed on the light path.
