Using the Directory
With the BoB2™ handset, you can create a directory of up to 150 contacts and have up to 8 of them assigned
to speed dial.
You can also view a list of your most recent calls by pressing the call-by-call list key
.
Storing a number in the directory
•
When your BoB2™ handset is in idle, press the bottom control key
and select ‘
New Entry
’.
•
For ‘
<Number>
’, insert the phone number you’d like to store.
•
Scroll down to ‘
<Name>
’ and enter the name you’d like to assign to that number
•
If you’d like to add the contact to your speed dial, scroll to this option and use the left and right arrows on
the control key to select the speed dial number.
•
Once you’re done, save your changes with the display button.
•
our directory will list all contacts in alphabetical order, but numbers and spaces will be listed first.
Length of entries
Directory numbers can be a maximum of 32 digits long, and the names assign to them can be a maximum of
16 characters.
