When using the closed filter cover, there is no pressure compensation of the measuring cell any
more. Therefore measurement deviations due to:
Fluctuations of the atmospheric pressure.
Pressure fluctuations inside the device in case of temperature changes (Δ 10 K ≤ 30 mbar).
