Installation
Before mounting and removing the sensor, make sure that no pressure
is applied to the system.
1. Screw the sensor into a G1
process fitting.
2. Tighten the sensor with a
spanner.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm.
The unit is adaptable for various
G1 process fittings
(G1
adapters to be ordered separate-
ly as accessories).
Welding adapter
Weld the adapter first. Then mount the sensor.
ifm process adapter
Mount adapter (B) to the sensor
first, then adapter to
the process connection by means
of a nut, a clamping flange or
similar (A).
NOTE:
A guarantee for a long-
term stable sealing of the metal
seal is only valid for once-only
mounting.
