supply voltage

• Error in the sensor detected

• Switch the operating voltage

off and on again

• Check wiring and connec-

tions

• Check external electronics

(e�g� PLC)

• Remove the cross fault

• Replace the unit

If used correctly no maintenance and repair measures are necessary�
