WARNING
HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR DAMAGE TO THE CHARGING STATION
• Lethal voltage. The DC source may supply 500V continuous voltage. Touching the
connected circuit or the output terminal when the power is on may cause death.
• A cord extension set or second cable assembly or adaptator must not be used in addition
to the coupler/cable assembly for the connection into the vehicle.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury.
