3.7 Testing Smart Card Reader
Some models of the ICECARE-10W Series have a smart card reader on the left panel.To
test the optional smart card reader, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Inset a smart card into the smart card reader on the side panel (
Figure 3-30
).

Step 2:
Select
8.SCR
from the list of the driver CD. Locate the
sixslot.exe
icon in the
folder and double click the icon to launch the STD100 testing program.
Step 3:
The STD100 testing program appears. Select
COM1
from the drop down menu
as shown in
Figure 3-31
.
